Does the 7-day Return/Exchange Policy apply to all JP wheels?
Yes, the return/exchange policy includes all aftermarket JP Wheels purchased from an Authorized JP Dealer, or jpindustry-wheelset.com sold after March 1, 2024.

What are the guidelines of the 7-day Return/Exchange Policy?
The wheels can be returned within the first 7-days provided that the wheels have not been damaged (i.e. crashed, broken, smashed, etc.), abused, or altered in any way and on new, un-installed products. But we cannot accept to return/exchange items by color variation, personal cognitive issues, or personal special factors issues.

Where do I return my wheels?
If you decide to return your wheels, you will need to contact with your authorized JP dealer or submit a warranty claim at jpindustry-wheelset.com you purchased them from within 7-days.

What is the return/exchange process if I purchased wheels from jpindustry-wheelset.com?
You can return wheels purchased through jpindustry-wheelset.com anytime up to 7 days from purchase. Visit jpindustry-wheelset.com and click on the Member button in the navigation bar. Create an account for Member login. Fill out the Member Information and Warranty Registration completely, then you can submit a Warranty Claim. You will receive an RA number. The issuance of an RA number does not constitute acceptance of the claim under warranty. The product will be evaluated by JP Industry upon warranty Inspection and returned to JP Industry for approval. If this product is determined by JP Industry to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at the sole discretion of JP Industry, within 7 days of receipt of the product by JP Industry or an authorized JP dealer.

What is the proof of purchase?
The proof of purchase is the shopping list receipt. The proof of purchase must stamp the seal or logo of JP Industry or an authorized JP dealer, the date of purchase, consumer information (name and address), and the contents of the purchase.

Do I need to register for the JP products Limited Warranty?
No. However, we recommend you to register your wheels to expedite future service interactions, such as warranty claim. Proof of purchase is always required when submitting a warranty claim. To receive an RA number, it is necessary to log in the Member tab at jpindustry-wheelset.com.

What is the return/exchange process if I purchase wheels from my authorized JP dealer?
You can return your wheels within 7 days with receipt to the authorized JP dealer you originally purchased the wheels; it will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at the sole discretion by an authorized JP dealer, within 7 days of receipt of the product.

What is the return/exchange process if I purchase the custom wheels?
You can return your wheels within 7 days with receipt to the authorized JP dealer you originally purchased the wheels or submit a warranty claim at jpindustry-wheelset.com. If this product is determined by JP Industry to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at the sole discretion of JP Industry, within 7 days of receipt of the product by JP Industry or an authorized JP dealer. If you decide to have the refund, returns on custom wheels are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

You are responsible for the return shipping.

Do I need to ship the wheels in the original packaging?
Yes, original packaging is required to keep the wheels safe during shipping.

Do I need to include all of the accessories that came with the wheels?
Yes, all original wheel accessories must be returned with the wheels (i.e. skewers, spare parts, tool, etc.) to repair or replace for free of charge or receive a full refund. If any parts are missing, the refunded amount will reflect the subtraction of missing accessories charged at full retail price.

I'm the second owner of my JP wheels. Are my wheels covered under the JP Limited Warranty?
No. The JP Limited Warranty policy applies to the original owner and is non-transferrable.

No, cosmetic damage does not qualify for replacement under the JP Limited Warranty policy.
