We offer a two-year warranty against that the products purchased when new is from defects in materials or workmanship on all JP Industry products. Product must be purchased new from authorized dealer, valid for the original owner exclusively.
This Warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and is the sole remedy of the Warranty. This Warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable.The original owner shall pay all labor connected with the repair or replacement of all parts. Under no circumstance does the limited warranty include the cost of shipment or transportation to or from JP Industry or an authorized JP dealer.
JP Industry is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Claims under this Warranty must be made through an authorized dealer or JP Industry. Proof of purchase is required.This Warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights and those rights may vary from place to place. This Warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
Please contact your JP Industry or an authorized dealer regarding their shop return policy on new, un-installed products returned within 7 days. JP Industry reserves the right to reject returns on products that have been installed on a bicycle or damaged due to handling.
All returns must be in new uninstalled condition. Additionally returns on custom wheels are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If this product is determined by JP Industry to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at the sole discretion of JP Industry, within 7 days of receipt of the product by JP Industry or an authorized dealer.
If you have a warranty claim you’d like to make, please submit a warranty claim for your RA#. The owner is responsible for any labor or shipping charges needed to get the product to our facility. If the warranty claim is accepted, JP Industry will repair or replace affected product and cover return shipping back to the owner.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 2 years from date of original product purchase. Determination of defect warranty is at sole discretion of JP Industry. JP Industry reserves the right to discontinue products and to change specifications of existing products at any time without notice and shall not be obligated to incorporate new features into products previously sold, even if those products are returned under a Warranty claim. JP Industry may replace defective product with that of similar quality in the event that identical products are unavailable.
Proof of purchase from an authorized JP authorized dealer is required for any limited warranty replacement or repair. In order for warranty to take effect, product must be registered at jpindustry-wheelset.com.

Proper operation of the quick release is essential to safe riding.Check the quick release before every ride, and make sure it is properly secure.If it is not properly secured the wheel may wobble or disengage from the bicycle, which may result in serious bodily injury or death. Every JP Industry wheel has a useful product life cycle. The length of that useful product life cycle will vary with the construction and materials of the wheel, the maintenance and care the wheel receives over its useful product life cycle, and the type and amount of use the wheel is subject to. Use in competitive events, trick riding, ramp riding, jumping, aggressive riding, riding on severe terrain, riding in severe climates, riding with heavy loads, commercial activities and other types of nonstandard use can dramatically shorten the useful product life cycle of a wheel. All JP Industry should be periodically checked by an authorized dealer for indicators of stress and/or potential failure, including cracks, deformation, corrosion, fractures, and any other indicators of potential problems, inappropriate use, or abuse.
These are important safety checks and very important to help prevent accidents, bodily injury to the rider, and shortened useful product life cycle of a JP Industry wheel.
This is an integrated and final statement JP Industry, limited warranty. JP Industry does not authorize or allow anyone, including authorized dealers, to extend any other warranties, express or implied, for JP Industry.
JP Industry shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages, or expenses in connection with its products. JP Industry hereunder is expressly limited to the replacement of goods not complying with this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
